Alex Hall is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 14 years of HR experience living and working in Boston, MA. His professional areas of focus include workforce planning, skill management, performance, selection assessment, compensation design and succession practices and operations management.

Most recently, Alex was the Vice President and Sr. Director of Talent Acceleration for Liberty Mutual Insurance, overseeing all talent management programs for the company, globally. In his nearly twelve years at Liberty Mutual, he held various roles in HR support, learning, international HR, selection & assessment, performance management, talent evaluation, executive succession, operations management and served as the Chief of Staff for two senior talent and learning executives and led over 30 employees.

Alex also has extensive experience in A.I. policy & risk navigation, talent analytics, compensation, strategic planning, and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Alex has his MBA from Northeastern University and his MSHR from Western Carolina University. Alex also serves on the Board for Western Carolina’s MSHR program and has served as a pro-bono consultant to non-profit clients for nearly a decade.
